Polisi Pemulangan Wang

1. Cancellation by Customer / Pembatalan oleh Pelanggan

Customers may request a cancellation by contacting us in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or processing fees.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be given.

2. Cancellation by Company / Pembatalan oleh Syarikat

If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, insufficient participants), a full refund will be provided.

3. Refund Method / Kaedah Pemulangan Wang

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 working days from the date of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items / Item Tidak Boleh Dipulangkan

  • Visa processing fees
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Airline tickets (subject to airline policy)
  • Any third-party charges already incurred

5. Amendment / Pindaan

Requests to change travel dates or packages are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
